Scope of Work: Comprehensive HVAC System Conversion

The project went beyond just installing new components. We focused on improving the entire system by upgrading key elements such as Fan Coil Units (FCUs) and Air Handling Units (AHUs), ensuring enhanced efficiency, better airflow, and long-term energy savings. • CHW Piping: We installed chilled water (CHW) piping using both high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and mild steel (MS) pipes. Providing excellent durability and efficient thermal transfer, making the system more reliable for years to come.
• Ducting Works: Custom ductwork was designed and installed to enhance air distribution, tailored specifically to meet the unique requirements of the mall’s HVAC needs.
• Testing & Commissioning: After the system installation, our team rigorously tested and commissioned the new components to ensure everything functioned seamlessly.
• Air & Water Balancing: To optimize the performance of the HVAC system, we performed detailed air and water balancing, ensuring that every part of the mall benefits from even airflow and cooling.
